Hey everyone, my house has an empty room to fill.
It's a big room in a big house with a detached garage and a yard. Rent is $315 month plus one-fifth utilities. Right on a once-every-15-minutes bus line. Fifteen minute walk from downtown, near a grocery store. Our future roommate must be a non-smoker, be open-minded and content to live with four quiet, laid-back writers (of words and video games). They should like cats, but not have any themselves, as three felines is probably the limit for our house. Room available immediately. |

Hey, can you recommend a good domestic* taxidermist?
My cat had an accident at the dentist and now I need to get it stuffed to frighten future generations off my porch. But seriously, I really need one. I will delete all comments that mention the word "Scrubs" because shut up.
Also, I will pay you for your information with this frightening blog!
Edited to add that! (Apparently most places won't do domestic pets, even though I just want a pelt, not a mounting.)

Does anyone know if rumors will be doing their regular 80s night stuff this Thursday aka New Years Eve?
I've checked the website and tried to call, but the events calendar is blank and the number doesn't work. I'm coming from Seattle with friends and we don't want to drive up if nothing is going on! |

Some non-Christmas-celebrating friends and I are getting together today and we are in search of some good take-out food. Preferable Chinese but we know our choices are limited.

Does anyone know of anything truly spectacular going on tomorrow night that begins before 10? I am searching through Entertainment News Northwest and Take 5, but I thought I would see if the community had anything they thought was a must see or do! Its my husband and my 2 year anniversary and I want to find something amazing for us to do. We are open to pretty much anything. Thanks! |
